Privacy policy

This is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

Your data is processed by the creators of pouk.es (POUK y PokeR988TV). Contact: poker988business@gmail.com.

This policy follows the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

• On Steam sign-in: Steam ID64, public Steam name, avatar and profile URL.
• Optional, added in your profile (/perfil): email, Steam trade URL (to send you a prize) and the "Show my name in activity" setting.
• From using the site: sign-in timestamps and number of sessions; approximate country derived from your IP by the hosting provider (the IP is not stored); clicks on sponsor, video and giveaway links inside the site, used for the activity feed and statistics.
• Contact form: name, email and message.
• Only if you accept analytics: pages viewed, time on page, referrer, country and an anonymous visit ID kept in sessionStorage until you close the tab.

We never see your Steam password: you sign in on Steam's own site.

• Account, access and giveaways (including prize delivery): performance of the terms of use (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Emails about your account or giveaways, if you give us your email: consent (art. 6.1.a).
• If you turn on news emails (unticked by default in your profile), an email when there are new links or giveaways from your favourite channel: consent (art. 6.1.a). Untick the box to stop them.
• Showing your Steam name in the activity feed: consent, via the profile setting. Otherwise your activity is shown without your name.
• Analytics: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 LSSI-CE), given or refused in the cookie banner.
• Sign-in logs, approximate country and clicks for abuse prevention, security and sponsor/giveaway statistics; answering contact messages and filtering spam: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

No automated decisions with legal effects and no advertising profiles.

If you delete your account from /perfil we erase your email, trade URL, avatar, clicks, giveaway entries and points. We keep only a minimal record (Steam ID, public name and sign-up, last access and deletion dates) for internal history and to prevent giveaway abuse (legitimate interest). If you sign in again, the account is reactivated and both dates are recorded.

• Account data and session history: while you keep your account; deleted when you delete it.
• Clicks: up to 12 months, then only aggregated statistics. Analytics: up to 12 months. Contact messages: as long as needed to reply, 12 months at most.
• Giveaway winners: as long as needed to prove delivery and handle claims.

Where required by law, data may be kept blocked for the applicable limitation periods.

Processors acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

• Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA): EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Upstash, Inc. (database): Standard Contractual Clauses if accessed from outside the EEA.
• Google LLC (Gmail, for email notices) or Resend, Inc. (transactional email), USA, only if you gave us your email: Standard Contractual Clauses.

Independent controllers with their own policies:

• Valve Corporation (Steam): you are redirected to Steam to sign in via OpenID.
• Google LLC (YouTube): video thumbnails load from i.ytimg.com, so Google receives your IP address.

We do not sell or rent your data.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your data yourself from your profile page (/perfil). To change analytics consent, use "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Write to poker988business@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The service is for adults (18+) only. Accounts found to belong to minors are deleted.

We use HTTPS, a signed httpOnly session cookie and restricted admin access. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
